Before Work Begins
If a payment is made and the requested work has not yet started, you may contact us to request a cancellation. If approved, any applicable refund will be processed after deducting transaction or processing charges, where applicable.
After Work Has Started
Once work has commenced, including consultations, reviews, configuration, bookkeeping activities, or any other agreed work, refunds are generally not available for the portion of work already completed.
Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make the same payment more than once, please contact us with the payment details. Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed and refunded where appropriate.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your request, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before work has significantly progressed.
Non Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:
- Work has already been completed.
- Incorrect information was provided by the customer.
- A customer changes their mind after work has started.
- Delays caused by missing information or lack of communication from the customer.
- Requests outside the originally agreed scope of work.
